Why send a beauty box? Everyone has that friend or family member that is really hard to buy for. It can be especially hard if that person has different lifestyle choices that you may or may not fully understand.

Gift giving can be stressful. However, I love that feeling when you give someone something you know they will love. It can be just as exciting as receiving a gift you love yourself!

So, what do you do when you just can’t think of anything to get a particular someone who likes different things to you or already seems to have everything you can think of?

A beauty box!

I recently discovered these and love love love them! A beauty box is basically a box of various products sent as a one time thing or a number of times over a specified period.

It is like a pre-made gift. It will generally contain a selection of various brands and types of products meaning the recipient gets to try a number of products they might not have tried or even heard of before.

Here are my top 3 Beauty Boxes – All containing products that do not contain any harmful chemicals of course!

Flora & Fauna

Aussie company Flora & Fauna offer a Seasonal Vegan Box as well as a one off Box. Each box contains 6-8 seasonal relevant products with at least 2 full size products and the rest being travel or sample sizes.

Free shipping is offered on their Four Seasons box or International delivery at a flat rate of $10. Whether you buy one box or two there is no subscription, it’s just a one off payment.

A beauty box can be an ideal gift for someone who might be a little tricky to buy for or who lives overseas.

LoveLula is a UK online store that ships their generous beauty box worldwide. This is great for two reasons:

It can include brands that you wouldn’t normally find in Australia (Again, shipping is very affordable so if they want to buy more of a product they love, it’s easy to do so).
It makes an ideal gift for friends/ family that are overseas. Their shipping is extremely affordable (free within UK, £5 for International) so can save you a tonne of money over sending something through Air Mail yourself.

There are 3 options with these boxes:

You can choose to get the box delivered as a one off (UK delivery only).
One box a month for 3 months.
Or one box a month for a year.
With each option you pay upfront so there is no subscription with ongoing payments to have to remember.

To get an idea of what’s included check out their previous boxes here.

The Vegan Box

The Vegan Box have two variations. These are ideal for any vegans you need to buy for.

There is the option to subscribe so you never miss out or you can buy/gift just one off boxes. They also ship worldwide.

The first box contains a mix of snacks, beauty and/ or lifestyle products in various sizes including full and travel size. This is sent on a monthly basis.

The second box these guys offer is full of organic skincare, again in the various sizes and sent bi-monthly (every 2 months)

I hope this has given you some ideas for a gift for someone or perhaps even for yourself!

I’d love to receive any of these, but I really love the Vegan Box! Though I’m not vegan, I still think its great to be earth conscious where you can be.
